Together with the confirmation of your reservation, Marbella Rentals Direct will send you an e-mail containing all the information you need for your arrival.

You will be asked to reply as soon as possible with the time of your arrival in Marbella so that Marbella Rentals Direct can organise someone to meet you at the apartment with the keys. Clients are required to check in between the hours of 12.00 noon and no later than 9.00 pm. Check-ins after this said time, will incur an additional charge of €25.00. Should clients require an early check-in, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you. |

Failure to notify LO Property Management about flight delays prior to take-off may result in additional charges, if the representative has to wait more than one hour at the meeting point. Charges for un-notified delays after this period will be €25.00 per hour. |

When you arrive at the apartment, a member of Marbella Rentals Direct will provide you with the following
- Keys for entry to the apartment
- Walk through the apartment
- Instruct you how to use equipment in the apartment like Air Conditioning, washing machine, cooker etc.
- Explain any items like rubbish removal specific to that neighbourhood, local grocery store location, directions to City Centre or other information regarding the area in general.
- Collect the damage deposit in cash. Exact amount will be confirmed by e-mail to you prior to arrival.

During your stay at the apartment in Marbella, we ask you to contact us should you find anything missing or in bad condition or if you accidentally break anything so that we can fix or settle whatever it is. We want you to enjoy your stay and not be inconvenienced by something which can be replaced or fixed. |

Departure should be before 11 am if you require a later departure, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you providing our next arrival is not early the same day. A member of our staff will call to the apartment prior to departure to collect the following
- Apartment Keys
- Return the refundable deposit minus any damages, which may have occurred.
