A walk through the tropical gardens takes you directly onto the beach with sand dunes leading you gently down to the water’s edge. On the beach you’ll find plenty of sun loungers and sun umbrellas, and when you feel peckish you can take advantage of the superb sea food restaurant. Carry on walking along the beach and you can walk into Marbella. If you turn right on the beach you can pass the Los Monteros Hotel and then you will find a beach bar/restaurant Allicatte.

Puerto Banus is only ten minutes by taxi and is only approximately 12 - 15 Euros.

Parking facilities are available outside the apartment, with a lift that takes you directly to your front door. From the southeast terrace there is a glimpse of the sea and a view of the tropical gardens. Local Activities include swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, golf, windsurfing, water skiing, and mountain biking.

The apartment has two bedrooms, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom.  There is also a beautifully furnished dinning area, with reasonable kitchen space.  This kitchen is fully equipped with good quality appliances with separate area for waste disposal.  There is a  terrace complete with outdoor furniture.  The bedrooms are generous in size and the en-suite bathroom comes complete with a bidet, washbasin and shower.
